Responsibilities:
- Perform general labor tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials.
- Assist with construction and demolition projects, including site clean-up.
- Load and unload materials in warehouses or at moving sites.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and complete tasks efficiently.
- Maintain safety standards at all times.
Requirements:
- Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy items (up to [specify weight, e.g., 50-75 lbs.]).
- Must own a pair of CSA-approved safety shoes.
- Previous experience in construction, warehouse, or moving is an asset but not mandatory.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a team environment.
